This project comprised of the new build of 147 apartments as part of a multi-million pound redevelopment of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club’s County Ground.
Forming part of a new concourse and spectator stand the 147 apartments makeup a six storey block from first to fifth floor, with the ground floor consisting of one retail unit, an office unit, tank and /plant rooms, bin and cycle stores as well as a substation, incoming electrical and gas meter rooms.
At basement level there is resident’s car park servicing the apartments above.
MEP Engineering Solutions Ltd were appointed by the services contractor to undertake detailed design duties.
