This project is one of the first schemes within the private rented sector (PRS) to be built out in Bristol.
The scheme is part of the highly acclaimed Finzels Reach mixed-use waterside development in Bristol, which is being built on the site of the former Courage Brewery site. It comprises 194 residential units in a mix of studio, one and two-beds, together with ground floor retail space all of which is being built over an underground car park.
MEP Engineering Solutions Ltd were appointed by the services contractor to undertake detailed design duties.
